AI in Accounting – Innovative Digital Accounting Skills Powered by AI

On September 26th, Gavan Porter shared how AI is changing accounting. At Split Spaces, Mackay, he explained how these new tools can make accounting tasks more accurate and efficient. Participants learned how to use AI to enhance their financial management, setting their businesses up for future success.

3 month Social Media Campaign in 1 Day 

On August 12th, the focus was on social media for the holiday season. Attendees learned to plan three months of content in just one day using ChatGPT and Canva. This workshop showed how AI can simplify social media planning, allowing businesses to spend more time with family and less on holiday promotions.

Leveraging Virtual Reality

On July 17th, People Tech Revolution demonstrated how virtual reality can build empathy by allowing users to experience life from different perspectives. This workshop highlighted how VR can be used not only for personal insight but also for creating a more inclusive workplace.

The Future of AI Voice Technology

On July 10th, Hamish from A-Tech AI explored the world of voice technology. From virtual assistants to voice cloning, this session revealed how voice AI is changing customer service and everyday tasks. Attendees now have a better understanding of how to integrate these tools into their businesses.

Navigating Cyber Security and AI 

On June 13th, Chris Vella addressed the cybersecurity challenges that come with AI. He provided practical advice on protecting digital assets and staying ahead of cyber threats. The Local Buying Foundation Approves Funding for Split Spaces AI Workshop Series

The Queensland Local Buying Foudation has approved funding for Split Spaces secured approval for funding to support thee innovative AI for Business Workshop program under the Sponsorship of Business Awards, Conferences, and Events funding category.

The program comprises a series of nine AI workshops, designed to foster technological innovation and promote knowledge exchange among businesses and professionals. This carefully curated schedule of events aims to empower local businesses with the transformative capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI), equipping them with the tools and insights necessary to thrive in the digital era.

These workshops will build up to an AI Summit scheduled for early 2025. The Summit is set to be a pivotal platform for industry collaboration, helping to strengthen the local ecosystem by introducing cutting-edge AI applications and encouraging the adoption of advanced technologies across the region.
