The NSW Local Buying Foundations has approved funding for the continuation of Business Singleton’s Connecting Business, Creating Community 2025-2026 project under the Micro Business and SME Capacity Building funding category.
This funding will provide continuation of funding towards Business Singleton’s Business Development Coordinator (BDC) and Administration Officer (AO) roles, which play a crucial part in the broader business community within the Singleton local government area since 2021.
This initiative aims to strengthen the local economy by providing essential resources to small businesses, enhancing their capacity, and creating a more connected business environment.
This funded positions are part of the broader Bridging the Boundaries program – a national initiative funding locally-based economic development positions to support and empower business communities. More information about the Bridging the Boundaries positions can be found here.
