Port Pirie saw a vibrant gathering of local businesses and families at Business Port Pirie’s recent Kickstart Networking Night. The event, designed to foster collaboration and growth within the community, aimed to create a family-friendly atmosphere, it proved to be a resounding success.
“We had 37 registrations, and while some families had to pull out due to sporting events, the turnout was still fantastic,” said Abby Zubrinich, BPP’s Chair. “The energy and enthusiasm was clear, and it was great to see so many local businesses connecting.”
One of the standout features of the evening was the presence of Little Pine Cones, a local sensory play space for children. The business’s innovative approach to children’s development left a lasting impression on parents in attendance. “Little Pine Cones was a huge hit,” Abby noted. “Parents loved what they did! We’ll definitely try and get them involved in future events.”
Another unique business that garnered significant attention was Kombi Keg. This mobile beverage service, housed in a vintage kombi van, offered a novel and engaging concept. “Kombi Keg is a brilliant idea, something truly different. They received valuable feedback and marketing ideas from other businesses, which will undoubtedly help them grow.”
